A recent graduate of Tai Solarin University of Education, Ogun State, was involved in a fatal accident yesterday, shortly after her convocation ceremony. Deborah, a graduate of English Language, attended her convocation ceremony at TASUED on Wednesday, November 28. She celebrated with her mates and took photos. As fate will have it, on her way home, she was involved in an accident and, sadly, didn't survive it. 

The Nigeriam army has put the figure of its officers that died in the various attacks carried out by Boko Haram this month at 39 and not 118. In a statement issued on behalf of the chief of army staff, Sani Usman, a brigadier general, said the 53 soldiers were wounded in the various attacks that was carried out by members of the Islamic State in West Africa (ISWA), a faction of the Boko Haram sect. According to The Blast, Danielle has sole legal and primary physical custody of the kids and Weston, who has been granted visitation, must pay $8,000 a month in family support. The sum is taken from the $16,000 a month he gets from his famous dad and will be used to help with car payments, rent and health insurance for Danielle and the children, the publication added.

The bank accounts of suspects being tried in court over allegations of corruption by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and whose names appear on the looters list released by the Federal government earlier this year, have been allegedly frozen on the orders of the Federal government. Ahead of the 2019 general election, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it has budgeted N85 billion for logistics during the election. Disclosing this when she spoke at a round table discussion between the Commission and the NURTW, RTEAN and NARTO, in Abuja, on Wednesday, INEC’s Head of Health and Welfare, Amina Zakari, said it will cost the Commission at least N10 billion, on logistics, to conduct a single election. “We have earmarked N85 billion on logistics for the 2019 general elections. For a two-day election, which is the least number of days to conduct election, it cost about N10 billion on logistics. Police have arrested a pastor affiliated to Living Gospel Church located in Mukono, and The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries in Uganda, for allegedly sodomising a 16 year old male member of his flock. Simon Mpinga alias Pastor Ronnie 31 was arrested on Wednesday, November 27, following a report filed against him by the victim. According to a case reported at Mukono Police Station, it's alleged that the victim had requested for 20000/= (Twenty Thousand Uganda Shillings) from the pastor. He however told the boy that the money was at his home. Mpinga asked the victim to proceed and wait for him in his house, promising to provide him with the requested financial assistance.
